changing the "lift" value during a Peck cycle??

Recommended Posts

i have a Fanuc 31i A5 controller on a Robodrill.

I have a heap of .020 drilled holes to drill using a Peck cycle.

My question is how to change this parameter.

Or where to look in the operators manual.

Thnaks in advance out there for your time and advice.

It is a Fanuc parameter. Look in your Fanuc parameter manual table of contents under parameters of canned cycles. It should tell you which parameter number to go hunt for. It is around the 5100's on a 0i control. Don't know if it the same for yours.

I can get that parameter for you in the morning. I don't have my laptop with me tonight. Just so I understand correctly, you want to change the default retract distance on a high speed peck cycle right?

Sorry for the dela. I forgot about this until late today. This is for a 31i

#6101.2 G83 and G87

0=High Speed Peck Cycle

1=Specify a Peck Cycle

#6114 = Return Value of High Speed Peck

#6116 = Clearance Value of High Speed Peck
