Need advice for a drill/tap style CNC w/pallet changer

Guys I need to add CNC automation to a production line. This machine will most likely be dedicated to drilling 1/4Ø & smaller holes. My main limitations are 1. I can't increase the cycle time per part - pallet changer will solve this, 2. keep the price justifiable(under 180k) & 3. Keep the footprint small as possible. So I was looking at a OkumaMA400- price is up there & so is the footprint. Haas MDC500 good price & large footprint. Fanuc robodrill - compact & dont know price. Do any of you have experience with compact pallet change machines?? I'm totally open to any other ideas of CNC manufactures.

Check out the Haas DT-1 with a Midaco Pallet Changer. The DT-1 is a big competitor with the Robo Drill. figure 60 K for the Haas plus 27K for the Midaco pallet changer and you're under the 180 K you're talking about. Check out the Haas and Midaco websites you can get pricing on both to verify.
