Rast2Vec

I am having trouble with my Rast2Vec app. All I am trying to do is bring in a jpeg file to use the geometry. I go through the process...select run user app, rast2vec, merge, mostly arcs, then select create geometry, it shows the white box where the image is supposed to be, it asks if Im done, then nothing. When I check out the image is not there. Any thoughts? It activates the "undo" button like it did something but I don't see it.

Once complete, if you select the screen statistics icon, does it say there are any entities on the screen?

you may need to adjust the threshold slide, you should see the image in the right window
