B axis calculator

I put the finishing touches on my first non-customer specific Okuma THINC app this morning. It is a B axis coordinate calculator, updates a new offset number after calculating the new XZ coordinates based on the specified B axis rotation amount. *Requires version 1.15.0.0 or newer API
