New to forum and Mastercam I was wondering how I would go about the pocketing toolpath when I have 2 open sides or 3 open sides? Also Can I change the color of the fuction buttons in my toolbar when I select them ? Right now they just turn a deeper gray when I select or lock on them. Kinda tough to see. Any help is appreciated.

You will not beable to change the button definitions I am sorry to say.As for open pocket you need a min of two lines. Example two lines in a V sahpe were there is single opening and the V shape open enough to let the tool enter between.

If you have 3side open then I see this as a contour as you have a single edge. do you have any samples to share of what you are running into.
