5 axis not working

I started working on a new part this morning and my post is not working right. I have some holes to helix bore and then drill on compound angles. I create a new plane, name it for each hole, and then I helix bore each hole on that plane. like I have been doing for 3 years now. when I post it out I get the first hole no problem. when it moves to second and third and so forth, it does not rapid to new angle. it unlocks, move about 1 degree, then locks, and then unlocks and moves another degree, and so on till it gets to next position, then does helix, then repeats. I never had that happen before X7. this is the first 5 axis program I am making since switching to X7. I am using the default Haas vf-tr 5 axis trunnion post that comes with X7. I have been using that post since X4 when we got the machine. it has always been ok for us.

what am I doing wrong or is there a setting in post or control def I need to change to make it work. or do I need to call and buy a new post/

Thanks in advance
