4 Axis Morph Between 2 curves gouging

I'm having issues with some gouging . I roughed with .062 on, then semi finished with .015 on and finished with 1 depth cut and the part is showing some gouging after finishing . Everything looks good in the backplot and simulator, but at the machine its a different story. Can somebody take a look at my file and tell me what I'm missing ? I'm running X7 MU1

no stl for the last toolpath.

first thing, you have a max 100 degree step allowance in your tool axis control. I would set that to 1

output in 5 axis with lead lag but lock the 5th axis to 90 degrees

on the your collision check, set it to retrack along tool axis, not relink.

your drive surfaces dont include the sides of the letters so the path will gouge as there is nothing there to stop an undercut

I'll try that stuff out in the morning . The letters don't seem to gouged , its the twisted surface that looks like it was gouged by either the rough or the semi finish . Thanks again.
