Tool Length Changed

Using Tool Manager in X7 MU1. When I create a Tool Assembly in TM looks fine, but when I bring the tool in to Mcam it is changed. The problem is that Mcam does not recognize the tool lengths from Tool Manager. If I reset the lengths in Mcam it is OK but it still will not load right from TM. Screenshots are attached. Any help would be great. :help:

You problem is the same shoulder length and overall. These cannot be the same now way no how. Yes you would think a error dialog or something would pop up and alert you, but not there. Also when you define your tool stick out make sure you take the overall into account. If you want 1.5 sticking out of the holder that is your overall. Yes I realize this goes against the whole rest of the world in how they define tools, but as the things get ported over to the new system older stuff will stick around till it all gets cleaned up an streamlined.

Millman,

Thanks for the feedback. If you notice, in the Tool Manager screenshot the shoulder length is 1.398 and the OAL is 1.9735. What you see in the tool dialog box where the shoulder length = OAL at .9375 is what occurs when I open the tool in Mcam, and it does not recognize the shoulder and OAL from Tool manager.

Have you experienced this?
