Forced A and B rotary output on all work shifts.

First time posting a question, but have learned a lot from this forum.

 

Can someone tell me if it is possible to get a post to force an A B rotary address for every work offset move.

 

I have a dual 5c Haas 5 axis trunnion. The fixtures in each spindle do not align perfectly on B axis. So when I am using the same tool on both rotary spindles, I need the spindle to index to the correct orientation as I move between the two. Currently the post positions the first spindle and then thinking the second spindle is already oriented outputs the G54.1 x y only.

 

This is what it is doing.

Then does a work shift to other spindle to run the same toolpath on second part.

...

Went post by post and found it. Adding the * before A, B parameter, worked great.

I am trying to do the same thing but can't seem to find the param you are talking about. Using a MPmaster x8 mod post.

 

Tried a pfcout but it only picks up the first sub. The rest are null

I found my mistake. I didn't see there are two places it calls the G43. Problem fixed.
