TRIM TO STOCK GREYED OUT

If you have a stock model in the part file you should be able to check the trim to stock utility in the multiaxis toolpath.

Can you post the part file to the thread?

Are you running the latest version of McamX7?

mu2 . I will check to see if I have stock model . I do on a level but not sure if I got it selected correctly.

No, the stock model is actually a toolpath, you can use a solid model to define the initial stock shape for the stock model,...

In the picture below I've taken a solid model of the raw casting and used it to define the first stock model. In the legacy multiaxis tpaths I could then use this stock model to trim the toolpath.
