Custom groove tooling??

We have a deep internal grooving part that we are having trouble finding tooling for.

Perhaps some of you lathe guys can help me out.

Here are some pics to give you an idea what we need,

 

I have had two tooling companies no-quote this....

Will they allow you more radius in the bottom of the groove maybe the same size as the radius on the internal edge? Kaiser Thin Bit would be another one I would reach out to. Might think about milling if it push come to shove. A slitting Saw, A lollipop and a Tapered endmill could mill it if you have a 5 axis Milling Center or a B head on your Turning center.
