HST Linking Parameters

I have always had trouble getting good consistent results with the lead in and lead outs using the linking parameters.   I usually get something like this (see below).

 

Any ideas how to make them all smooth transitions?

Brian, can you same some with those surfaces so maybe some one can play with the surfaces?

Without seeing the surfaces as Ron has stated, I'd try moving my boundary inwards by .01" to get the toolpath off the extreme edge of the surface. The 2nd thing would be to untrim or extend the surfaces at the location in question and see if that helps. Otherwise we'd likely need to try out a few different things there.
