5 axis circle mill has always had the option of wear for compensation.

 

Likely your machine/control combination does not support cutter compensation in 5 axis.

The 5X Circle Mill toolpath is setup to output Vector Lines for the output, not "planar circles". This is the reason you don't get Cutter Comp. In order to be able to "Comp" these holes, you'd have to program them using "3D" or "5X" comp.

 

A normal "G41/G42" will not work on "G1" vector output. In order to get 5X comp working, you've got to modify your post to output the Comp Vector, which is usually given as a Unit Vector in IJK coordinates.
