Migrating from X9 to 2017

Hi there, could anybody tell me the best way to replicate my defaults from x9 within 2017.

Specifically regarding the default machine and the post it used to process the code with. have had a bit of a play in the machine and control def but cannot seem to get it work. 

Any tips appreciated - thanks in advance

ok so i have the defaults thing sorted now... yay...!

 

although i cannot create a new part and have the tool numbers come thru from my existing tool library?

 

the tool offsets are rite but it seems to change the tool numbers sequentially?

If you're going to Paris to think it as a romantic place, ohhhhhh :shudder:

Northern France and southern France are beautiful and clean etc.

Paris is a dirty filthy cess pool in my (and wifeys) opinion.

Yeah, well, it is just South of Paris. And as it is for work, I wont be doing much, if any, sightseeing
