There's not really any clean way to do that that I can think of so, what I would do is join the two intake chains together to make one chain, then loft the intake side to the exhaust side..

James I am sure not what the customer wants with one surface from start to end, but Auto Surface made it look pretty good. Compare it to the chains but got rid of the problem wrinkle in the middle also.
