Forcing lock codes when locking the 5th axis.

Hi all, I have my lock codes working well, in my opinion, but have one last case that I would like to try and tackle.  I would like to lock my secondary axis when there is no planned movement of that axis during a cut.  I understand how to pull parameters, and have pulled 12019 which is the output type.  This would be fine, but...  I mostly use the moduleworks paths and this doesn't seem to come through.   What piece of the puzzle am I missing?

None, there are gaps because it is not an internal Mastercam toolpath. Need to pull it a different way by searching the code for that axis movement and if there is no axis movement present then output the code. Looking to that parameter IMHO is not the best way since they are not Mastercam developed toolpaths they don't follow the same structure and output process other Mastercam developed toolpaths do.
