Hey guys, for some reason code expert will no longer work on X9 or 2017 for me...

 

I get this error:

that's what I was thinking but I have it full access in my firewall settings.

Have you tried reinstalling Mastercam? Maybe something got deleted or changed at some point. A reinstall should fix it for you.

sorry it is code expert not code meter..

 

I think it must be my registry because both x9 and 2017 are 2 separate

 

programs and I cannot post code or use that as my editor.

 

I hadn't really noticed when it messed up because I have been using Cimco for a while now.

That's why I'm thinking a reinstall would be best. I would start with X9 and see if that fixes the error.

One of my customers got the same error after an MS update. I told him to use the CIMCO editor.
