horizontal mori seiki basic programing set up

I have to program for a new to me mill,mori seiki sh 400 horizontal 1989 year.i need basic steps for using center of rotation set up. How to set Z- zero when machining on any angle is my problem.I have only used G54-59 and set Z on the face of the work tombstone at 90 ,180,270 degrees. Any help is appreciated.

Everyone does it different but here is how i do it.

In Mastercam, i use Top view WCS (as you did) which is pallet zero axis origin. Then i rotate planes around WCS Z axis to make planes machining i need. However for all these planes (front/right or any other angle value) i will use one and only origin which will usually be a feature on my part (in your example i picked arbor in your fixture).

Then it is my post that will do all the job.

I set G54 (or another free workoffset) to center pallet and operator just need to adjust part origin (at B0. index) in the beginning of nc file. Then I use a macro sub that will calculate part offset as I index tombstone.
