Procedure to change/rotate WCS on a lathe for 2nd op

Is there a better way to do this?

Here is the way I'm currently doing this.

1. Lathe Stock Preview ( create stock from 1st op )
2. Create a new Level / Copy Solid/Geometery to new Level
3. Rotate/flip Stock & Geometery
4. Position new Stock & Geometery
5. Create a New Machine Group Lathe
6. Create Toolpaths

1st op is bar stock / cutoff .

PICO or Stock Transfer if going to a Sub Spindle, but if keeping in the Main Spindle then Stock Flip should work just fine. I have not needed to create a new machine group for lathe since X4. When you brought this up to your dealer what they say about using stock flip not working for you?

This is a new operation/Group after cutting off part from bar stock 20." in length.

Length not really an issue here when you flip it then everything done up to that point should carry over. When you have done this method before what problems have you run into?
