Mastercam 2018 keeps starting on it's own....

I just installed 2018 yesterday on a few of our computers here. Two of of three I am having issues with. Mastercam is opening on it's own, it even was during the update process. I would start it, close down the program and have to pay close attention. Sure enough it would start opening itself and I had to quickly stop it (or the update would fail). I did end up getting all of the updates completed, but the start up issue never stopped. Even when I am working inside of an instance a second would start up. 

I searched around and on here I came across another person having a similar issue. Another member suggested to "Kill the Mastercam event logger". And the person said it worked via removing the even log .xml file.

My issue I have no idea exactly how to do that (I can not find the file), and I am hoping someone else here has had the same problem. The two computers have different hardware, but both are running on fully updated Windows 10.
