small hole deburring

I have some parts I have a question about. I have little nose pieces with .023 holes drill in them (think of a pitot tube). I had to drill the holes first to make sure they line up with each other. Now I have to turn them to the finish size. Normally its not that big of a deal but the holes are so small they close up and I can barely tell where they are at. I was thinking about plugging the holes with a little aluminum and then turning it. After that dissolving the aluminum out somehow. Do you guys have any better ideas?

Don't use aluminum, bismuth or something along those lines works much better, you can melt it out in water. It works really great.

Run the drill through again after turning if it's in the same setup.

I can't do that because all the references disappear when I turn it. I have no idea about any of the clocking of the holes after I make it round.

 

The fixturing alloy might work pretty well.

I know or a swiss screw machine
