Peel mill back feedrate locked

We have a post that appears to lock 2D Peel milling back feed to 100 IPM. Opti-rough will output whatever feed we enter in the back feedrate field, but 2D peel mill ignores the value entered and outputs 100 IPM.

In the post, I can't find any reference to tool_op 134, that might create the lock. Also, while there are many places that specify feed=maxfeedpm, there is nothing that initializes or sets maxfeedpm.

Is this something in the binned portion of our Postability post?

I've had wacky results with the rctf box a couple times.

Sometimes it ignors the new feed rate if you change it in the tool. I've had to uncheck it, Regen, check and Regen.
