Does anyone out there know how to download a MasterCam program (I have the post) to an Mitsubishi MV4B with a Meldas 500 series control? Our school got the machine donated to us and the instruction Manuals are hard to understand to say the least. I need to know how to set the machine so it will try and talk to MasterCam on an P.C. I see this nowhere in the information that came with the machine. On the screen of the Mitsu there is no logical sequents to go through.

We have a meldas 600 series controller that is windows based. If you have a similar configuation you can just connect the machine to your network and map the hard drive. For me the hard drive on the cnc appears on my network as just another drive. All i have to do is drag and drop my programs. Hope this helps...
