Well I have had X2 on my computor for what a year now or so and have decided to dive right in!
I am having a problem with my Dynapath post. It is posting "R" values for arcs and I need "I,J&K"
I looked over my post and it seems ok to me, is there some screen in the control manager that controls this? Or is it a post issue?
I updated this post from V9.
Any help would be great!
Jack
Just my 2 cents......
Depending on anual part usage anything more than 1000/2000 pcs. I would not waste my time with A2. The price of D2 "60/62RC" is not that much more and the return is greater with less maintenace.
The thing about stamping alum is it like to slug pack in the die openings. Look at the consruction of the punch as well small punches might need to be guideed or strenghened up. Punch and die clearance should start at 10% per side with that material thickness.
I am trying to use the tk setup sheet that I founfd on the ftp site. I can get all to work except for putting the part image in. I know it is not alot of info but I have been at it for a few hrs. now.
time to go home I hope someone has an idea I can try in the a.m.
Thanks in advance,
Jack
AFIT,
That is good advice to call my reseller. I was not looking for a post but some advice.
By the way that was our robo post that was e-mailed to you. I hope you could use it.

I did not know there was a post to create cmd. files let alone a post that did both .iso & .cmd files.
Are they available on the cd? or for V9.
maybe I should call my reseller.

cdelta : 0 #Calculation for angle change
rev : 0 #Calculation for deg/min

indx_out : c9k #Rotation direction calculation
fmt 16 indx_mc #Rotation direction calculation

I want to place a misc real value in side of a coment area in my okmua post. We use a indexer and right now we we edit in comments at the M182 line so the setup guys can program the indexer at the machine. See last line of sample.

We are looking to add another horizontal cnc. We already have a Okmuma and Mitz.
We want a cat50 with 500mm - 630mm pallet with travel of at least 32" X 28" & 23" in Z.
High speed spindle and all the goodies.
Of course $$$$ is always the issue.
I thought maybe some of you guys might have some input on what machines in the mid price range are good.
Thanks,
Jack
