The test is done with a bar that can output micron (0.0000393") changes in length. It is attached to both the spindle and a fixed point on the table. The machine is then put through a series of circular moves in the X/Y plane, and half-circle moves in the X/Z and Y/Z planes

If it is a new machine can not see a problem. Programing EDM wire m/c can not be easier when using Mastercam.

No only the 9.1 Disc. Last time a installed I would have upgraded either from 9.0 or 8.1.

so that most likley isthe problem.

Roger Thanks Copied the file C:Program FilesMCUPartnersMastercamMCUGetOps.dll to the Chook directory why it was asking for this file I don't know but if it stops the error box appearing every time I was in the opp manager thats good enough for me.

I using the Finish Toolpath to contour the bore from bottom then facing the part and wish to dwell on the face.

Have looked at the toolpath editor, how do I add dwell to toolpath?
