Is this broke now?
Doing some deep milling... I have a good toolpath, copy it and turn on gouge checking and specify a holder....No toolpath?
Anybody else?
I did send it in to QC.....waiting for response.

Don't think you can...

Yeah, but using Mastercam as a Metronome, Indoor/Outdoor Thermometer, or Jerky Timer are enhancements that MOST users would not see the value of!

Uninstalled the Microsoft drivers and got the Spin back, but the Zoom was still whacked!
Went home at lunchtime and got my Logitech, Everything works now!

100% in Mastercam

Just installed Windows 7 32bit and X4. Microsoft mouse.
Now, the scroll wheel zooms OUT but not in, and no spin when holding the wheel down.
My guess is the Intellipoint 7 drivers?
This hardware combo worked fine in XP...
Any guesses?

on the parameters page under Rest Material, don't forget to change to CAD file before you regen
-
on Toolpath Type page....on the right side...click the CAD button and browse to the STL. Regen.

I agree with peon that using an STL for rest roughing is the most efficient way to go...setting it up the first couple of times is a little confusing at first, but you won't do it any other way after you figure it out.
-
verify model looks good...now add the 1/4 ball toolpath and save as STL
-
yup, John, that's definately the way to go with this file

I use the High Speed Rest Rough toolpath several times a day...I has always performed flawlessly (IF I program it right) My feeds range from 80 to 150 IPM with a variety of tools.....
Can you give a little more info....maybe we can help
