  1. u should run offset in centre not at tip
  2. i fig. out use rotate wcs about x -90 and it works right thanks for your information
  3. switching again it's no problem to switch from horizontal program to vertical by apply wcs , but when i switch from vertical programm to vertical by wcs it is not properly in backblot tool path come from back to front( like plane is back) i do some thing wrong or miss some thing , can u share more detail
  4. Hi everybody i use x3mu1 , i have some programm made for vertical machine but some time we have to run in horizontal machine and i have to rotate geometry and change plane in every operation folder before generate and post it , do you know better way and faster way to do it
  5. hi everyone i have matsuura -yasnac j3000 control , and we ever ran progam in tape mode from file server through copper cable {like tv cable) with adaptor to control side and ethernet at computer side . this like one kind of dnc . but last month we we change something to run from memory now we want to change back to run in tape mode but notthing happen . anyone have experience with dnc file server please hepl me what i need to check system to make it work thanks this forum

  9. HI everyone i need to bore a hole dia .562+/- .0002 deep 1.4 on aluminum (job on mill) i use boring bar but not luck how do u recomment feed speed and material left for boring bar

  11. John if i force tool change like u that will be ok but if the same tool start without tool change out put the coolant will be at my place after M00 that is problem

Hi every one i use x2 mr2 and mpmaster post when i need M00 (change clamp by enter 1 in misc #10) and M08 come out at Z home not at G43 H LINE like normal but if i force tool change it will be ok but some machine does take that line if tool already in spindle some things like this G20G17G80... G91G28Z0. T1 M6 G90G54G00X0.Y0.S10000M3 G43H1Z1.M08 ... ... M09 M05 G91G28Z0. M00(CHANGE CLP) Sme tool start G90G54X0.Y0.S10000M3 G43H1Z1.M08 .... That format i need but mpmaster give code outat M00 line like this .... ... M00 M08 this line very bad here G90G54X0. Y0.S10000M3 G43H1Z1.(m08 must be here not up there) .... HELP ME to fix this matter in post or in configuration
  16. flow path program faster. before i use with mc9 post and it work perfect only one thing i can not set is nose rapid move .1 above the face meanwhile command was 1. above .now i come back to flow path acctualy much faster

  20. i'm new to 4-axis ,i can make program but i feel really hard to set up part (x0,y0.z0) thru c/l please help some tip .my rotary is not chuck it just flat face with slot to clamp
  21. yes!i call contol service guy he said i have to do one by one but i do not believe so now i 'm dowloading the manual book thanks for answer you'r realy famous guy in our forum
