i would like to print out the solids i draw. but all i get is th geometry of the solids. is there anyway to to print the solid ?

has anyone used mc9 with the intel accelerator card, i know it doesnt work with the ati cards.

the one thing you need to really pay attention to is the video card, ati cards dont always work correctly. try going online to the diffrent pc companies. they usually will list what is in the unit.

when i was at the haas class we where told the spindle will orient at the same position if you start at the same plane. i never had a problem either when i have adjusted thread depth

if you machine has rigid tap it should repeat as long as you use a regular holder no tapping head. then just repeat with a deeper z depth.

just cant seem to solve this problem. got it to make A move but not what i wanted. any help out there

aaron, gave a quick check of what you sent about using tool plane button seems to be in that your going in the right direction with this. unfortunatly i cant play to much right now. check back tomorrow afternoon here and ill let you know fer sure. more ideas would be good. last job was doing alot of3d milling for inj molding never used this function for a choc bar. if you want i will send email address to you and we can discuss other ways. fubar
