I have worked with it some and yes it's difficult but I think you will have to create you spline shape first then take you form shape and sweep along your spline shape. Hope this makes sense. And hope this is what your looking for.

YES if your talking about the quick codes yes you have to stack them and that just takes to long.

Is there anyway to change the 24hr clock to a regular 12hr clock, in the post?

Well I am trying to do an inside circular hole with a controlled step down same with outside circular, inside rectangular and outside rectangular. I know it can be done, our older OKK mill will do it but the macros on this machine will not transfer to the HAAS.

Is there anyone out there that can help me with macros I am wanting to add some programs to the machine so that it will make the programming easier at the machine. This will give the operator more control. We are running a HAAS VF-5 FANUC controller. I know the HAAS manual has macros in it but it's all GREEK to me please help.

Screen/Config/Files tab then in the file usage highlight the post processor then below, file name, should be your default post processor.
