We just loaded X9 and updated to patch 3, Trying to install the X+ toolbar I download the .zip file but as soon as the file is extracted into a folder and you put your cursor over it, the file disappears and is nowhere to be found. Tried deleting it and re-downloading several times now but the same thing keep happening. Any help out there?????

Nope, checked with our IT Dept and nothing is being blocked on our end as far as FTP goes. Looking at the message that pops up it looks like it is coming from your server Jay, but I could be mistaken. Do any of you other guys above who stated that you have issues getting into the FTP site .....STILL....have issues getting in or has it been resolved?

Although I had no problems getting on here until recently. I don't know if they did a security update and it changed something or not.

Could this be something on our end that I need to talk to our IT guys about? Like restrictions on being able to upload to an annomyous FTP site?

Yep, the link takes me to the main FTP directory but then when I try to "Open the FTP site in windows explorer" in order to upload a file that is when i get the message.

I am tryingto upload a file so I can beg for help from my fellow Mastercam Guru's but I can't get in for some reason I keep getting this.... I need help!!!!!

Everytime I try to get in it keeps asking me for a user name and password. Anybody got one?
