I used to be able to backplot individual ops by clicking on operation and it would verify (fill in cut) now all i get is cutter in area and no verify. running quadro nvs

I am having trouble with the defaults sticking. Thay are correct in machine def. but not in the tool manager. It worked fine in previous version.

i am having trouble with the defaults in the control def sticking. tool numbers and verify keep changing back to defaults when opening new file. even though they are correct in the control def. anybody have a solution? thanx in advance

Also i have mr2 on disc, after showing same problem with download i got disc from distributor and loaded mr2 from disc. Same problem

Steve, I do not have mr1 installed i uninstalled everything and then clean installed mr2. Thad do not have priveleges but i.t. is one office over. Sorry no screen shot. The error message is the standard default message

i am getting these error messages when tryin to run mr2 (error opening c:mcamxconfigmcamx.config)(error opening c:mcamxcommonprmtoolfiltprm) i get these when setting up my configuration or when running the fiter in tool library.defaults wont stick when i retart either. xmr2 sdtand alone

i am getting this error when filtering my tool library after picking type of tool, error comes up, hit ok and it works but error comes up next time you access filter. never happened in previous version. anyone else with this problem.

Dumb question where can i find set up sheet in "x" -
Is there a way to make the selection modal and not have to pick the same selection (analyze between distance midpoint)while using the toolbar function for autocursor. iknow it works if you use the mouse but how about thetoolbar?

I think X is not very good for the guy who is only programming one our two pieces. The things that you might consider little like sending direct to machine are big for me. Having to jump thru a bunch of hoops just to post a file is a pain in the a$$. 9 is much easier to program on the fly and make quick changes.

Has anybody been broaching in a haas vmc. I cannot figure out how to lock spindle and keep it locked. On the fadal i could lock it out. Any help would be appreciated

I tried your fix but it did not work for me.Communications keep defaulting to originals after i have changed them (com port-baud rate etc.)My changes will not stick.Whay machine are you running i am running a haas.
