Still,I think default Agie postprocessor needs improving and this code: % N001 M63 N002 D01 S01 T01 Q+000000 G43 N003 G01 X-004976 G44 N004 G01 Y-005000 G40 N005 G03 X-000500 Y-000500 J-000500 needs to be like this: % N001 M63 N002 D01 S01 T01 Q+000000 G43 N003 G01 X-004976 G44 N004 G01 Y-005000 G40 N005 G03 X-000500 Y-000500 J-000500 G44 If somebody disagrees,please let us know. If it's no secret then are you at CNC Software developing code to calculate surface toolpaths with user defined endmill shapes?

CycleTimeCharles, Yes,it's all metric.It even wasn't bullnose mill,because that kind of endmills are slower to verify.

Kenneth, I also wrote that verify is very slow even in verifying 2D contour(simple rectangle). And it's faster in MC 7.2c.

Doug, Thanks for tip.I could try it out,if there were any Windows 95,98 computer around me.But there is'nt. And to bstall:all verify is done in turbo,no tool,truesolid on.Without truesolid there's no paging at all,but still slow. Regards, Henry

Have anybody noticed that verifying in MC8 even simplest 2D contour with mill D32mm takes forever(NT pages to virtual disk almost immediately)?Changing mill diameter smaller helps,but thats not a solution.Same verifying in MC7 takes almost notime. Is it time for enhancement?Or we have to wait until Lightwork improves Sirius products? Best regards, Henry
