  1. I don't think that you necessarily need to reduce stepover to get it all clean... It might work with a higher percentage as well. I often use like 70%, but when this occur, I normally try a somewhat lower value. If that doesn't do it, I try somethink like 72% which might do the trick as well...
  2. I believe you´ll be satisfied with Leave. Just make sure they are properly fixed in their "positioning grooves" (Don´t know the correct name in english) before you bolt'em tight! Hope you get what i mean!
  3. We´ve got like 6 or 7 of those tombstones at out company and we like 'em! They are a good complement to the other system we have (IRAM), which is more accurate and rigid. But we think Leave SVF is worth the money!
  4. That happens all the time for me too. Couldn´t figure out why. Re-gen and all is well. A litte bit disturbing though...
  5. Ok! I´ll try that as well! Thanks!
  6. I have the QUADRO FX 560 too! No problems here! I sure would like one of those spacepilots though...
  7. Thanks John! I´ll try it out! BTW, I´m sorry if I´m not spelling properly! Sometimes I´m not sure how to spell and construct sentences! Hopefully you´ll "get it" anyway!
  8. Hello everybody! Although this is my first post, I´ve learned a lot by keeping my eyes on other users posts. There sure is a whote lot of knowledge on this forum and everybody seems to be more than willing to help us not so experienced users! Unfortunatly I don´t think I´ll be able to help that much, but I sure will if I can! And now to my question... At my company we have some 4-axis horizontal machines, and I usually program all operations i one file by having the part copied on different sides of the tombstone. I would like to be able to select more than one solid for verification. Is that possible? Now I have to re-pick the solid for verification when I verify the second op. Perhaps this question already exists in another post... Couldn´t find it though... Thanx in advance...
