41 years old .. single father of two born and raised in northwestern Connecticut..

25 years experience in Machining / Manufacturing.. started out working at my fathers company at 14 or 15 cleaning machines and de-burring parts during the summer, went on after high school to running all sorts of toolroom equipment and eventually moved on to CNC turning and milling.

After a few years of hand editing all kinds of g-code at the control.. one of my bosses let me start sitting down doing some Mastercam programming.. and now here I am many years and more than a few different jobs later planning complex jobs from start to finish including fixture design, processing and programming.

Along the way I spent a few years doing actual Computer Programming and a couple of years working doing CMM inspection using Calypso on Zeiss.

Currently working doing tight tolerance Aerospace / Defense work performing many different functions ..
