While working on the tutorial on Ruled surfaces I got this error message. "Warning - Inconsistent number of syncs" What does it mean and what do I do to correct it. Francis

I am using a Torcomp post processor and I cannot get the D or H variable after the post my tool path.

Receintly I noticed that when I compensate in control the verify toolpath displays the diameter compensation thus giving wrong size. However, I downloaded the Ctour.exe patch and it did not have any difference. what am I doing wrong.

Why or How can I change the post processor so that the D? or H? registry value is given after I post it. Because some post processors will put the D or H value and other will not. ie MP2100e post processor will not while the default post MPFAN4 will do it.

How or where do I learn about customizing post processors? Francis

1. How can I change the set-up sheet so that it displays the picture of the tool and the discription is shown in column and rows? 2. I changed the home position in the tool path screen menu but the changes are not reflected when I post it?
