Hi David
What Toolfab has suggested is the fastest & best way
I would like to add that instead of drilling u could ramp and then move the endmill around the edge.
That avoids the drilling cycle
I would recommend using a round insert bull cutter with a shank of a lesser diameter to avoid rubbing against the wall.
Hope this makes sense
So dont give me
This name 'Hanita' sounds very familiar.
I have seen this name on something other than cutting tools
Does Hanita also manufacture Push Back seats for Trains. I remember seeing this name on the back of a
Train seat from Mumbai to Goa

Hi guys,
I have been using Sandvik indexable cutters & Fraisa solid carbides. But they are getting higher
priced yearly. Someone recommended to me Taegu Tec & Guhring respectively to bring down cost economics. Dear friends plz advise if it is worth making the change
Does anyone out here use Taegu Tec or Guhring ?
Do they perform and deliver results like we expect from Sandvik & Fraisa ?
Kindly advise

I have 6 years experience of Swiss CNC Machines ie 2 Mikron's and 1 Charmilles EDM
The control on both the Milling (Mikron)machines is Heidenhain (407 & 426)
I got a custom made post processor from my Authorised Local Mastercam Reseller.
Probably u should do the same ie Contact ur Local Reseller
The Machines I work on are 3 axis .
Hope this helps u
