  4. I made a sub-plate for my 4th axis and in combination with my live center & triangular tombstone I've only taken the 4th off the machine a couple of times. I pin and bolt all kinds of stuff to the plate or tombstone with a set pin-bolt-pin ect. setup, including my 4 in. vices.

  9. Me that's who. Lemme know what you want, I'll bust it out. Were a startup shop & dying for work. I designed, machined, and built complex subplates and tombstones for turnkey ops at ATS for a couple o' years.
  10. Gentlemen, Just save file1(finished) as file2_temp.mc9, delete all your geometry and merge/import the real file2 into it. Then re-save or whatever. This method not only keeps your pgm in order but also keeps all your levels in order too. Use only when applied, for the smart-@sses out there.
  11. I am looking for either one actually. As usual James reply #2 is correct. Sorry for the confusion, I'm only doing 30 things right now. L8, Oz
  12. even easier, if t = t,e
  13. I have been programming with MasterCam for over 12 years, V2 to V9sp1 and I have an extensive background in 3D Cad & Cam, Tooling, Set-Up, Operation, Inspection, Streamlining Process, Documentation, Shop-floor and G-Code Programming. Programming and Fixturing of some of the most complex parts in our trade is the nature of the work I do, Boeing Satellite tools to Harley parts. I started as Saw operator/Burr hand @ 15, and I was quickly moved to Machining. At 29 I Program full time. Doing 5-Axis work with only 3-Axis machines and milling tolerances of +- .0005 is everyday work.
