  1. The unregister and register worked for me. Thanks
  2. Thank you gentlemen. I have the V9.1 disk and was just wondering if the updated SP2 patch would allow me to skip the SP1 and upgrade with a single mouse click. Its not that big a deal, however. Have a good weekend.
  3. Hi folks, Do you still have to upgrade to V9.1 SP1 first before going to V9.1 SP2? The SP1 install is so tedious. Thank you in advance.
  4. Thanks guys. Unfortunately the arrow style is not one of the choices under globals. I am trying to stick to the ASME Y14.5M - 1994 GD&T standard. I can get the shape (equaliteral triangle just by making the width and height the same and I can fill it but I can not get it to invert the triangle like it is on the drawings. Actually I can't even get the GDT chook to run presently. Darn, I want to do these complete drawings in Mastercam (V9.1SP2) (Win XP pro) Paul
  5. Does anyone know how I can get Mastercam to output the arrow style which looks like an inverted equalateral triangle? I am trying to use the Verisurf chook for GD&T and want the filled equalateral triangle on my leaders. Maybe there is a more robust chook around. Thank you in advance.
  6. I just hit the same problem myself trying to face in V9.1 SP2 Works fine in V8.1.1 Yes, the 0.001" trick helps.
  7. Try this link: http://www.gefanuc.com/support/cnc/2020.htm or try this link: http://www.gefanuc.com/support/cnc/3005.htm or see the whole list at this link: http://www.gefanuc.com/support/cnc/faxlist.htm
  8. No I did not try another hasp. The person went back to W98 and all is fine now. Interesting on formating NTFS... you mean as opposed to FAT32? Thanks all.
  9. I just had the guy try out hdd435.exe with no luck. It is still doing the same darn thing. He is going back to W98 tonight. Thank you so much for sending it.
  10. quote: you just have to remove the excess ? You do? All I have to do is "push a button" to make the part come out! hehehe
  11. Hello quote: the fix was to delete the win9X hasp drivers hasp95.sys? Interesting. Will try this tonight. I believe the files you are referring to are C:windowssystemhasp95.vxd and hasp95dl.vxd. I did note however that executing hdd32.exe does in fact overwrite the two above noted files with newer ones. Yes, I am aware of and read all the threads on the gforce card. I feel a retreat to W98 coming! Thank you everyone for your posts. Paul
  12. The resolution is still bad. Restart fixes it. Right now there is nothing else on the port. It has a Athlon 1gb processor. 256 ram. 32mb video. Nvidia Gforce 2 MX100 using a Microsoft driver. Far as I know it was a clean install.
  13. Thanks Bullines Changed "Integrated Peripherals - Onboard Parallel Mode - from ECP to EPP than to Normal. NO luck. Setting back to ECP. Paul
  14. I neglected to say I am running XP Pro. Does this make any difference?
  15. I checked the device manager and there is nothing beside "Ports (COM & LPT) It prints fine. There is, however, a yellow exclamition point beside "Other Devices - PCI Simple Communication Controller" It appears to be ok. Thanks Paul
