You say it works at the beginning of a Mastercam session. Can you figure out, when it stops to work?
Are you running other chooks in the background?
Do you use HSM from Cimco? If yes then make sure you're using the last version else try to delete all hsm*.* from your chook folder.

I like the setup sheet but i just ran into an error on it or the programmer (me). If you drill and select incremental depth the setup sheet only finds the first drill location for the min Z. I did try the changing the Z-Min/Z-Max button from incl rpd moves to only fr moves. I dont know what that does but I do know that it did not fix the Z depth problem.
fixed
Download here
If you are using html output then go to print preview in your internet explorer and set your layout to landscape and reduce the margins. The columns will automatically resize to fit the page setup.

Also problems with changing the Level or Color by moving the wheel over the menue field. Not sure how this works
You need the latest version of mcutils for that. But I'm not sure if there is an english version available. Andreas made the translation for the first version of mcutils.

Im having problems with the Excel data output Where is the data sheet outputting to??? If you have exel installed, than exel will be executed with a new sheet. You can save it from there where you want.
@datty
Start mcutils with Alt+C or set it as start chook in your mastercam configuration.
After starting mcutils you have toolbars in the operation manager as well as in the solid manager. Also you can use the wheel for dynamic rotation and pan. Scrolling over the color field will change the color, same with the level field, but as I said before this works only with the latest version of mcutils.
The toolbars can be configured with a right click on the toolbars.
Ncdatasheet can be started with mcutils as a button on the toolbar in the operation manager or with Alt+C.
@crazy^millman
please sent me an example.

To the current nc path. You should find something like *.html, *.bmp, where * is the nc name.

The new MC utils is great..data sheet is super too, however it won't output on op's that have posting off. Mainly used with transformations when posting the source is turned off. This is how it is designed, but perhaps I should make an option to set it on or off?
greetings
Hi Speedy,
you could get the feedrates with this code,
code:
dummy1:0
dummy2:0
dummy3:0
dummy4:0
dummy5:0
dummy6:0
dummy7:0
dummy8:0
dummy9:0
dummy10:0
frxy:0
frz:0
frretract:0
pparameter
if prmcode=20004, dummy1=rpar(sparameter,13)
but unfortunately Mastercam V9.1 don't save the feedrates for drilling tools, no matter what you set on the tool parameters page. It was working on previous versions.

Gismo, sending WM_CLOSE to mastercam makes mastercam really unhappy, causes a access violation. Perhaps it was the way that i was getting the mastercam window, AfxGetmainWnd(). FindWindow(), a dated WIN32 function would get it, but it is not guarunteed. I appreciate your advice though, and I will try that again in some different ways.
Use PostMessage instead of SendMessage and make sure you return immediately from your chook.
BTW you can access the Mastercam main window with MainWnd.
You have to declare MainWnd as extern in your header file. It's an undocumented variable
I can mail you a little chook that closes MC.
It's not a big deal, but why don't you set the workoffset in Mastercam to 55,56... instead of 1,2...
Think of other controls, they may not use G55, G56...
@Chip-pan
Thanks Chip-Pan

Which OS is running on your computer?
What is your Mastercam version?
Do you use HSM from Cimco? If yes, which version?
