    As Mike said, go and get a Heidenhain post. Excellent machine and control. 3+2 is easy with PLANE SPATIAL and also 5 axis simultan is easy with M128. But you need a post for it.

    Glenn, you can use the one from X2. It should work. Just copy it to the new X+ folder. EDIT: format_sheet.xss added to the Setup.

    wrong alarm the lang.dll contains only resources. Some virus scanners use heuristic methods to detect viruses. On small dll's or small exe's the may detect a virus, which is not correct.

    Hi, I've updated the X+ utility. Please use this link for download. X+ download You can also find different lang.dll's for localization. I've added the CPU Affinity dll and a new tool called tp_sketcher (Toolpath sketcher). This tool will run on dealer sims only (at the moment). It's for testing purpose. Any critics or comments on this new tool are welcome.

    Download Unzip and copy it to the chook folder. Add the button to your toolbar Customize toolbars -> X+ -> CPUAffinity button.

    This is an old bug from MC, but it seems nobody can fix it. It happens if you drag and drop multiple operations in the operation manager.

    Try this: Use customize toolbars. 1. Delete the X+ toolbar 2. Create a new X+ toolbar. You should find the buttons in category X+.

    the xss file just save the dialog settings. It has nothing to do with the excel template. The setupsheet looks for an excel template with the same name like the xss file. That way you can have an excel template for each xss file.

    The nci prog_name can change with each operation, that is why it is not available in the header. Also you can edit the header name and value.

    Hi, I made some changes on the setupsheet and the tool list. - perfomance optimized (much faster now) - more fields in the header (machine group, group comment, material) - tool-list now with header (like setupsheet) - cycle-time, ZMin and ZMax added in tool-list format_sheet.xlt has been tweaked for the new setupsheet. You may need to tweak your excel templates as well. Download Any comments are welcome.

    That is an old bug from the beginning of X and is long time reported. You can reproduce the bug when you copy multiple operations with the right mouse button (drag and drop). The problem is that most users doesn't realize the bug because they are using a white background in the OPMgr. To avoid the bug, copy operations with Alt+C and insert them with Alt+V.
