Hey Bob Looks like you have plenty things to try,but what i did was put the bottom arc of the of the c-bores on its on level and used toolpath contour and windowed all arcs, selected start point set all parm. Toolpath looks good and also cut all the different depths. hope this helps thanks Keith

hi chad try this set your tab width.set your rough & skim cut before tab to 2 number of tabs 0 number of skim cut after tab to 0 check all cuts together output tab after last cut.

Reg i'm going to send the post again, try it and see if the m41 m42 are gone. To get g96 are you selecting css instead of rpm in your tool parameter page.
