  1. thats what i do newbie. best way to touch off tools and not chip or break them by coming down right on top of a hardened surface. also the kid has it right, with the distance to go screen and the machine rapid at its lowest you should be able to catch any crash befroe it occurs.
  2. check the msc big book pg 668. would the whitney tool company cutter with 1/16 radius work? part #01232826
  3. mostly we use 90 deg, because thats mainly what our parts call for, and jeff i will try that thanks
  4. wondering what you guys use for 303 stainless. we are using megafor and hertel and not having any luck. we mainly do aluminum so we havnt had a issue before. thanks in advance
  5. we used that same way at our shop and ive tried other ways but have found a dowel pinned vice and vice jaws are the best most fastest way to get it done
