We currently run Okuma lathes but, we are lookin at a Kia Super Turn 28LM because of the price and travel. Any one ever been around one of these.

Turn on your rapid retract switch.

Change your Mill.set to Mill.pst then select Mill.pst just like if your were posting an NC file. It will then bring your set-up sheet up in your file editor just like an NC file would.

I have the same problem. I changed my mill.set to mill.pst and posted the setup sheet that way then it was just fine.

I've had this problem before to. It seems like to fix it I would select all the operations and change there NCI destination and the problem went away.

Try using create, curve, project and project your curves on your surface and use a 3d contour pass. That will give you the ability to control your depth and depth of cuts.
