  1. The misc changing to 2 made now difference, except if I'm missing something else? Unfortunately we cannot release the mcx file since we signed a Nda. Thank you for your help.
  2. Hey Guys, Does anyone have a Machine trunnion model for a Haas TR160, for use in machine simulation? The Basic one is much larger in X and does not give me the option to see if there would be any crashes. I like to force every angle A and B from my machining views into the post G-code and machine simulation output. Currently the Machine simulation B axis is not matching the G-code output. Thank you!
  3. I’m not sure how to use this options Misc Values in my tool path tree. I changed a couple of them and made no difference in the G code A and B output. Nutating bias, secondary axis Thank you!
  4. Hey everyone, We are programing a haas TR160 trunnion 5 axis. Because of X clearance restriction in the trunnion getting the cutter around the left and right side of the part without cutting into the trunnion. We tried to create a new view rotating the part A0 B90 so we get more room to cut the ends of the part. The problem is WCS is A0 B0 and the post does not like to go A0 B90 or any other B ang in the A0 plane the logic probably thinks there is no need for that. The only way we can get around it is to create a different A plane A1.0 B90. Any ideas how to change and force the B axis to move? Thank you!
  5. Bryan, Thanks a lot this worked great! Is there any advantages using the mpmaster post processor v.s. the mplfan post on a 2 axis fanuc lathe? Mike
  6. One more thing! We are using the standard MPLFAN post from mastercam, our lathe is a regular 2 axis single turret with a fanuc 0iTD controller. The current posts for outside thread. G20 (TOOL - 5 OFFSET - 5) (OD THREAD RIGHT INSERT - NONE) ( OD THREAD ) G0 T0505 G97 S400 M03 G0 G54 X.5737 Z.2167 G76 P010029 Q.001 R.001 G76 X.2993 Z-1. P372 Q70 R0. E.0625 G28 U0. W0. M05 T0500 M30 I need to change or format the E.0625 value for the feed to F.0625. How can I do this? Thank you. Mike

M05 T0500 M30 The problem seems to be the first g76 line. G76 P010029 Q001 R.001 the controller complains about the decimal point for the Q. How can I modify the post to remove the Decimal point for this Q only? Thank you. Mike
