  2. trying to get machine simmulation to match axis on mazak horizontal if i program the part like a vertical w/ a fourth axis it runs fine on the simm if i program it for actual horizontal planes paths are in wrong orientation
  3. i got the b rotations posting at b -90 and b-270 and the machine simmulation in mastercam wont work because the toolpath is oriented wrong to the current machine definition but the verify works AND THE PART LOOKS GOOD IN THE ACTUAL MACHINE SIMMULATION OUT ON THE FLOOR thanks a bunch Brandon
  4. your right the geo is facing top wcs so i need to rotate the part to face the front t and c plane and re pick geo ?
  5. thanks Brandon it gave me the right rotation on the posted op but ill have to work oon the verify I just changed the plane on the op and the tool path is funky
  6. i set the part at the top view as i wanted to machine it with t wcs top plane active as i would in a vertical mill tool paths normal look fine in simm posted it gave me a b rotation of 90 deg instead of b 0 deg when milling the b 90 and b 270 sides the planes rotated to right and left sides and shifted gave me opposite x and y paths
