Is there a way to set up your configuration so that every surface created will be one color, wireframe another, and so on? Was there a C-hook years ago to do this?

I find it cumbersome to have to keep changing colors back and forth as I am creating shut off and or parting lines.

I know I can change them after the fact, but it would be nice if it did it automatically.

Any input would be appreciated.

Not much on there, and over the years I have learned employers may not know they need you until you show up at the door.

I have been using Mastercam since Version 3, so I am very experienced with it.

I ended up finding a web-site that listed a lot of manufacturers for that area and spent all day clicking on their individual links. I have accumulated somewhat of a database.

I would still appreciate anyone's input.

They said they can not divulge their customer database.

The way I figure it is.... I have been in a few shops and I have convinced them to buy Mastercam. We are the end users right? The company may foot the bill, but we are the ones that make the most noise about upgrades, or outright new purchases, SOOO I think Mastercam should have a page dedicated to it's end users. Preferably a page where we can find work.
