I know my English is not perfect and I have spelling problems. Unfortunately when I came to Canada with 2 children I did not have the time for languish lessons. Basically I didn’t speak English at all this time and one of the kids was 2 years old only.

So I had 2 choices go on the welfare or to work as it is. So I choose second.

Now both of my kids (that most impotent for me) speaking and writing perfectly. One is in university graduated second in grade 8. And I am what it is. And BTW I can fluently speak and write on two foreign languishes.

I did resurch . I know that Radeon is not best for the mc but it works fine on my dell loptop with min slowing down hard. acceleration so far.

Because if the is no tool in the pot you ask, it stops to do tool change right on the meddle of cycle and no alarm.

Ok, trying to explain.

For finishing pockets We using GARR TiAL coded cutters now (We don't have any another).

Finishing cutter must be run out NO more then .0005" . Also i am clearing corners of pocket with .002-.003" before finishing.

Rough pocket by insert cutter with .005".

Then by finisher i am making semi finish cut, leaving stock .0015-.002"(don’t forget dia of cutter usually smaller aprox. .001 then nom. size).Then check actual size of pocket , making some corrections if need and finishing pocket.

RPM i am using 700 , feed 13. (Take chips out from the cutter )

Wall of the pocket looks nice but not as a mirror. You can see like a scallops about .0002" on the wall.
