There used to be an FTP site that had some useful info. Can't seem to find anything using the search. Does it still exist?

The machine has been running with the door over ride on for years and now the "safety guy" wants it turned off so the machine won't run when the door is open. I don't know the history of the machine or how many years it has been running with the over ride on. I tried to call HAAS technical support but no one answered, have to leave a message. Also tried moving A with MDI still same message.

We have a 2004 horizontal HAAS EC-300, in an effort to make our machines "safer to operate" our safety guy is wanting to remove the option to override the door safety. Since doing so when the program gets to G00 G54 G90 X-7.65 Y31. A0. the machine stops with a "door hold" message, not door open. It says door open when the door is actually open and trying to run the machine. I have noticed that if i remove the "A" movement from the line it runs, put it back in it says "door hold". It also shows an "A un-clamp" message along with the "door hold" message. So what is the difference between door hold and door open? TIA

WTH. Why would anyone want to move something in pixels? This is not Photoshop. LOL

Currently on X9, have been a user in the past. Just changed jobs and started using MasterCAM again. I remember using dynamic xform and changing the increments on the ruler in actual size increments not in pixels, is there a setting to change it back? Why the change to pixels?

I have been using X9 for a while and just recently it won't start anymore. I have tried reinstalling twice and it still does the same thing. This is what is happening. I double click the icon and the splash screen comes up for a few seconds and then disappears, then nothing ever happens. I have tried deleting both the config files. Does anyone know what the problem is. I am having the same problem, when I create a tool list or set-up sheet it opens NX instead of Internet Explorer. Is there a way to fix this?
