It's not that hard. Pecking can go up to 0.200" depth (1/4 to 1/2 dia).For roughing I , if it's possible, use a insert cutter and for finishing I only have HSS and it make a nice job. Hey, you people don't have any more nice story???...I'm not so sure about that. once ,on Okuma milling center, instead of writing -0.005" , I wrote -0005" . So my 6"facemill crash down in rapid into the tailstock for my fourth axe. hey I also have Okuma lathe and milling and I really think it's faster and better with IGF than any other system...
