I am trying to machine a pocket around a cylinder on a 4th axis. I have a drive surface and two check surfaces. I keep getting toolpath on the wrong side of my drive surface. WHY???
I just bought an Hp laptop. It has a pentium 4 2.8ghz processor. running windows 2000Home. This computer "HATES" MasterCam. I don't know if its windows configuration or video card or what. Lots of problems with cursor and runs EXTREMLY slow.
I have a form I am trying to machine into a cylander. I can lay the form out straight in a flat plane and transform, join it into a 3-d pocket. How can i roll this pocket around a cylinder? I know the form will exactly roll around 360 degrees.
